Not necessarily. Activities are designed to be gentle and adaptable. If you have medical conditions or mobility concerns, let us know in advance so we can recommend the best trip type for you.

Bring comfortable clothing, personal toiletries, and any medications you need. We’ll send a packing checklist before departure based on the destination, weather, and planned activities.

Some trips include complimentary items (for example: a journal, essential oil, or a small self-care kit) to support your experience. These are bonuses and not the main deliverables of the trip.
